A: If it went to Remington and came back worse than it was originally was I would let them know this and perhaps give them one more attempt to correct the issues. At this point they should fix or replace it with a safe/working pistol. I know you are losing time with sending it in but it's the right thing to do. And Remington should certainly do the right thing as well.
