I love this gun! What a steal at $499!

Recently purchased the Tisas 1911 DS carry from Buds. I had been looking at this pistol for sometime. When Buds had a nice price reduction I couldn't say no. The gun was packaged well. Fit and finish was excellent and far above what I thought a budget level 2011 style gun would be. This gun shoots great and no issues after a few hundred rounds. I highly recommend this for anyone on the fence about a 2011 style gun and can't justify spending Staccato money. Another win for Tisas and Buds Guns.

Buds had the lowest price. Which Im finding to be more common than not. Even after shipping and transfer fee. Transactions are smooth. As for the gun I love Tisas! This is my second one. They are starting out like Kimber did, quality parts and fair prices. Hopefully they dont turn into junk later on like kimber did.

This is a excellent pistol. Functions flawlessly. Finish and fit are excellent. I am very pleased with it.

went to put a red dot on and look at these optic lugs…half a circle and super shallow, optic will not stay zeroed with screws torqued to spec because of these garbage lugs, the front of the optic moves due to recoil, shoots flat and is accurate but it stays at a 1 star for these lugs

I picked up this Tisas 1911 Carry DS 9mm. It came with 2 nice 17 round mags. I took it to the range and it didn't disappoint me. It was reliable and very accurate. It does have the ramped barrel, and that is a plus. I fired 150 rounds of FMJ's through with no issues. I haven't fired any JHP through it yet, I will do that on my next trip to the range. So far i am very happy with it. Very fun to shoot. Great price.

Solid pistol. Shipping was very fast. The pistol is well made and high quality for price. The irons shot 4 in left and 6 in low. Put red dot on it anyway. Put new main spring, lighter recoil spring (for compensator) and new plunger spring. Definitely a great pistol.

As usual quick shipping with Buds! Went to range with the Tisas carry DS . Shoots great . Shot 250 rounds with no issues. Very flat shooter. Low recoil! Great buy!

fantastic value and so far so good. Pistol has had a few feed issues early but stripped, cleaned, lubed really well and problems have gone away. Very fast and accurate follow up shots and trigger is pretty darn good.

Tisas 1911DS Carry 9mm. What can I say. Excellent entry level 2011 platform. Even though it does have some low quality materials(for the price), is a really tight firearms and I highly recommend. Very smooth shoot great sights and Optic Ready. Feels like a high quality gun. Of course Buds Excellent service.

slide is smooth, definitely needs to be stripped and cleaned before shooting, it had a lot of thick grease in it which caused the grip safety to stick a bit, but once everything was clean it felt great, grip module feels awesome, gun looks great, slide serrations allow for easy racking, definitely a great value

Great shooting, affordable, uses prodigy and other common 2011 platform mags. My only complaint is that Tisas put the info out that it would come with an aluminum magwell, and it does not. Tisas states it was never supposed to.
