Barnes VOR-TX .338 Lapua ammunition combines a 280-grain LRX boat-tail bullet with dependable brass cases for hunting applications that demand accuracy and consistent terminal performance. The lead-free copper projectile uses a polymer tip and streamlined profile to support a high ballistic coefficient of .667. This new-production, non-corrosive ammunition is loaded in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases and produces a listed muzzle velocity of 2,800 feet / second with 4,873 foot-pounds of muzzle energy.
