Federal Premium American Eagle 9mm ammunition is designed for reliable target shooting, training, and practice. Each cartridge uses a 124-grain Full Metal Jacket bullet loaded in a non-corrosive, Boxer-primed, reloadable brass case. This case includes 20 boxes of 50 rounds for a total of 1,000 rounds. Standard-pressure loads produce a muzzle velocity of 1,150 feet / second and muzzle energy of 364 foot-pounds.

this is the best range...
