Federal American Eagle Syntech PCC ammunition is engineered for pistol caliber carbine competition and training. This 9mm load uses a 130-grain Total Syntech Jacket flat-nose projectile with a profile designed for reliable feeding and accuracy in carbine platforms. Its polymer jacket helps eliminate metal fouling while reducing barrel heat and friction, and it minimizes splash-back when shooting steel targets. The lead-free Catalyst primer provides dependable Boxer-primed ignition. The load produces a listed muzzle velocity of 1,140 feet / second and muzzle energy of 375 foot-pounds.

These syntech lip...
These syntech lip stick bullet are good for practice and they are reliable too, the 130gr is good for me because I mainly use 135gr and this grain of 130 is close enough to use for practice and is as accurate as far as normal bullets go!
