Federal Premium Fusion ammunition combines an electrochemically bonded copper jacket with a pressure-formed lead core to promote consistent expansion and weight retention. This .308 Win load uses a 165-grain soft point bullet engineered for reliable terminal performance on deer and other medium game. The cartridge produces a factory-listed muzzle velocity of 2700 feet / second and muzzle energy of 2667 foot-pounds. Each box contains 20 rounds loaded in reloadable brass cases.

Fusion is one of the best jacketed lead projectiles on the market. It expands well across a huge velocity range, and stays together really well. I've never been disappointed with it. I use it in several chamberings, and it's always my first choice with a new rifle as long as it shoots well in that rifle.
