Product is known quality. I want to touch on customer service. I didn't pay the closest attention when I made my order, but the system "glitched" on calculating the weight and I was overcharged on shipping. It wasn't an issue for me, these things happen. I contacted Bud's through the site and by the next morning I had a VM saying it was being addressed and would have the difference returned with no issues, which amounted to just over $50. Soon after, the difference was refunded to my card. Not finding much reason to do my shopping from anywhere else.
