HSM Subsonic HITEK .44 Remington Mag ammunition uses a 400-grain hard-cast lead flat-nose bullet with a Hi-Tek Supercoat. Loaded to approximately 1000 feet / second from an 18-inch barrel, it produces about 888 foot-pounds of muzzle energy while remaining suitable for modern lever-action rifles and handguns chambered in .44 Remington Mag. The recommended rifling twist is 1:26 or faster.
