The lead-free projectile is compressed under heat and pressure and is engineered to crumble into small pieces on impact, helping reduce sharp jacket fragments and lead exposure at the range. Each steel-cased round produces a listed muzzle velocity of 1,250 feet / second and muzzle energy of 347 foot-pounds. The ammunition is packaged in a 50-round box.
