PolyCase ARX .45 ACP ammunition uses a 118-grain injection-molded projectile made from a specially blended copper-polymer matrix. Its fluted nose is designed to harness rotational energy and create controlled tumbling in soft tissue, while the non-expanding construction is intended to penetrate soft targets and break apart when encountering tougher barriers. The load is built to provide consistent penetration through heavy clothing and is designed for 12 to 14 inches of penetration in soft tissue. Each box contains 20 rounds loaded in brass cases.
