Its fluted nose harnesses rotational energy during the initial 6 inches of penetration and promotes controlled, predictable tumbling in soft tissue. The load is designed to provide 1150 feet / second of muzzle velocity and 314 foot-pounds of muzzle energy. It uses a brass casing and is packaged in a 20-round box.
