Underwood XTP .460 S&W Mag ammunition uses a 300-grain jacketed hollow point bullet in new-production, non-corrosive brass cases. The boxer-primed, reloadable cartridge reaches a listed muzzle velocity of 1,750 feet / second and generates approximately 2,040 foot-pounds of muzzle energy. Its controlled-expansion projectile is suited to hunting and defensive applications, and the ammunition is rated for use in a suppressor.
