Description
Product Overview
Lehigh Defense Xtreme Defense .380 ACP ammunition uses a 65-grain solid copper Fluid Transfer Monolithic projectile engineered for consistent penetration and tissue disruption. Its progressive nose geometry and radial flutes are designed to maintain performance through heavy clothing, drywall, and other common barriers while creating a substantial permanent wound cavity. The load produces a listed velocity of 1050 feet / second and 159 foot-pounds of energy, and is packaged as 20 brass-cased rounds for defensive handgun use.
Key Features
- Solid copper 65-grain Fluid Transfer Monolithic projectile creates a wide permanent wound cavity without relying on bullet expansion.
- Progressive nose geometry promotes deep, straight penetration through clothing and common intermediate barriers.
- Radial flutes redirect hydraulic energy outward to increase tissue disruption.
- Brass-cased, non-pressurized .380 ACP centerfire ammunition supplied in a 20-round box.
Choose this compact .380 ACP load for reliable barrier performance and consistent deep penetration in a defensive handgun.

These rounds will turn...
These rounds will turn your .380 into a fire ball. Chronograph shows just under 1100 fps. Very impressive. Does add a little recoil but not that much.

For defensive carry...
For defensive carry and as for a back up pistol, I prefer this type of .380 ammo to JHP. Lehigh is good quality and good performance ammo.
