Product Overview
Winchester Ranger M855 ammunition is a 5.56 NATO centerfire rifle load built around a 62-grain full metal jacket projectile with a steel penetrator and lead core. Each round uses a boxer-primed brass case, non-corrosive primer, clean-burning low-flash powder, and waterproofing at the primer annulus and case mouth. The load produces a nominal muzzle velocity of 3,000 feet / second and is packaged in a 20-round box.
