It cycled in my 1911...
It cycled in my 1911 with absolutely zero hiccups. The recoil was less than normal 230 gr lead core ball ammo. I've had some light lead free in other platforms be snappier than the lead, so you never know. These kick less, though. I don't think it left much of any residue in the pistol either.
