I bought this with a new Ruger 6.5 Creedmor American Rifle Hunter model bolt action. The rounds have an open tip and will not chamber well at all. I would say about 50% failed to load. After examining the round, the very tip was mashed just a bit, and that is where it was getting hung up and causing it not to more into the barrel chamber. I also had some new Winchester 6.5 deer rounds with the poly tip, and these loaded 100% of the time, so we know it was not the rifle but the round that was at fault. The round shot very well and true however and after sighting the rifle/scope in, my wife shot a bullseye at 60 yards on her first shot. The price is great, but I will not purchase these rounds again due to the poor ability to chamber a round.
