A: I agree and have proposed Buds emailing customers to let them know the expected receiving date. It would be better to have an expected date and not just 30 minutes to react. It would even be better to take a deposit or allow advanced payment to secure the items desired. Let's hope Buds listens to this common complaint and fixes this situation.
