These are subsonic 22...
These are subsonic 22 magnum rounds. Many thing that is an oxymoron, a magnum round slowed below the speed of sound. And many wonder why bother with the 22 magnum, if shooting downloaded ammo. Well, duh? I bought the Ruger Precision Rimfire in 22 magnum because I wanted the additional power of the 22 mag over the 22 for shooting the additional 50 yards or so the 22 mag will do. At the same time, I went through all the process and paperwork and paid the tax to obtain a suppressor. Sometimes, I just want to shoot the almost silent rounds in that gun. Additionally these are the most incredibly accurate rounds that I can ever recall in 22 mag. At 50 yards, from a rest I put 15 rounds into one hole, that hole being about 1/4 inch diameter. That gun and this ammo is near perfection and rivals any target ammo on the planet. I have and will buy more. With the suppressor you do not need any hearing protection whatsoever, and neighbors have no clue anyone is shooting. Highly recommend these for precision target shooting.
