I have found these...
I have found these shells to be my favorite for sporting clays. Felt recoil in an eight pound O/U is around 13 ft/lbs as compared to over 16 ft/lbs for a 1 oz. load and 19.5 ft/lbs for a 1 1/8 oz. load. If I do my part, they break targets just fine.
