My first choice for...
My first choice for quail hunting is Winchester AAs, however my second choice is Fiocchi. Granted there are not a lot of choices in 28ga available, but, I have fired a lot of Fiocchi at clays, quail and pheasant. They have always gone bang and seem to have pretty consistent patterns. I would never hesitate to buy them.
