Lightfield Hybred EXP Lites 12 Gauge ammunition combines reduced recoil with a 1.25-ounce hollow-point sabot slug designed for deer and similar-sized game. The 2 3/4-inch shotshell uses a keyed discarding sabot that keeps the slug aligned while it travels through the bore, then separates before impact. A post wad remains attached to improve downrange stability, while the 99 percent pure lead slug is designed for controlled expansion. Each shell uses a 209 primer and produces a listed muzzle velocity of 1300 feet / second.
