Description
Product Overview
The Traditions R2030 Deluxe Kentucky Flintlock muzzleloader rifle pairs classic Kentucky-rifle styling with practical field performance. Its octagonal rifled barrel is built for patched-ball loads, and the long sighting plane between the blade front sight and fixed notch rear sight supports accurate aiming. A color case hardened flintlock with V-type mainspring helps deliver a fast lock time, while the full-length select hardwood stock with solid brass accents completes the traditional look.
Key Features
- 33.5 in octagonal, rifled barrel designed for patched-ball loads
- Flintlock ignition for traditional black powder muzzleloader operation
- Blade front and fixed notch rear sights for a precise, long sighting plane
- Double set trigger for improved target-style control

The so called hard...
The so called hard wood stock feels and acts like a piece of junk furniture you would buy from Wal-Mart, don't get it wet. As a matter of fact just hang it on the wall save yourself some headache. Buying a kit might be the way to go as opposed to a finished rifle. Put 50 grains of powder and shot it about 20 times and it cracked. The crack runs clear from the patch plate to the rear of the lock. Been talking with traditions to see about a replacement. But they are so busy it's been a nightmare. Overall the gun shoots but the stock and brass are cheap as hell, I Recommend a Pedersoli instead.
