The NcSTAR CVTQ3020T Elastic Tourniquet Pouch in Tan is a MOLLE-compatible first-aid pouch built to secure a tourniquet for fast access. It uses an elastic hood with a red embroidered TQ to conform to and hold the tourniquet in place, while still allowing quick removal by pulling the hood tab and stretching it over the top of the tourniquet.
