The Browning BPS Hunter is a durable 28 Gauge pump-action shotgun built for dependable performance in demanding field conditions. Its forged and machined steel receiver and rigid dual action bars provide a strong, smooth-running action. A top-tang manual safety and bottom ejection make the shotgun comfortable for right- or left-handed operation. The 28 inch barrel is chambered for 2 3/4 inch shotshells, while the classic wood stock and blued finish deliver traditional hunting-shotgun balance and handling.

Exceptionally smooth...
Exceptionally smooth right out of the box, fit and finish are excellent and it balances well. Recoil is barely noticeable even with heavy loads and it swings and points great! It's hard not to like this shotgun. I absolutely love this shotgun and would recommend it to anyone wanting to start out a younger hunter or someone who is recoil sensitive. I only wish a 24" accessory barrel was available for heavily wooded areas.
