The shell carrier...
The shell carrier wasn't made right and I couldn't get the carrier to go down far enough to load shells in the tube, and when shells were forced in then it wouldn't let them feed right. Simple fix , The carrier had to be ground down so it could go in far enough to allow the shells in the tube , that also fixed the cycling problem. Now it works pretty good but nobody should have to do anything like that to a new firearm it make it work like it is supposed to out of the box.
