The Bond Arms Ranger II is a compact over-under derringer built with CNC-machined stainless steel construction and a brushed stainless finish. Its break-open action chambers one .410 shell and one .45 Colt cartridge, while the patented interchangeable barrel system allows compatibility with Bond Arms barrels. The 4.25-inch rifled barrels use an integrated blade front sight and a fixed notched rear sight for a simple, durable sight picture. Extended Black Ash wood grips provide a secure hold, and the rebounding external hammer, retracting firing pins, cross-bolt safety, internal locking device, and removable trigger guard add practical handling and safety features. This model includes a black molded cross-draw leather holster with a quick-release thumb break and hook-and-loop belt attachment.

Recently ordered the Bond Ranger II from Buds. Easy purchase and transfer no issues, just like my previous experience. The Ranger fired 410 shells and 45 LC no issues. Recoil is hefty with 3 in birdshot and spread at 7 yards a bit too wide for varmints so need to be a bit closer. For 45 LC for self defense, Winchester Defender 225 gr bonded JHP averaged 667 fps and Magtech 250 gr. lead cowboy averaged 650 fps (Garmin Xero C1 Pro). Accuracy OK at 7 yards, especially the bottom barrel. Pleased with Bond Arms and Buds as well!
