Product Overview
The Shimano Curado BFS XGL Left-Handed low-profile baitcasting reel is built for finesse presentations, using a lightweight shallow spool and Shimano’s Finesse Tune Brake (FTB) system to help you cast ultralight tackle with more control. With the 8.2:1 gear ratio, it’s tuned for quick line pick-up and responsive lure work when downsizing baits for picky fish.
Key Features
- FTB (Finesse Tune Brake) with external dial and adjustable magnet tuning for refined casting control
- Ultralightweight shallow spool optimized for thinner diameter lines and lightweight lure casting
- High-speed 8.2:1 gear ratio for fast line retrieval and crisp lure presentation
- 7+1 bearing setup for smooth, efficient performance
- Light 6.2 oz reel weight helps maintain all-day casting comfort
