Forward Controls Design PF-040 are AR-15/M16 pivot and takedown pins machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel bar stock and finished with QPQ. These pins are reverse-extended by 0.040 inches over TDP spec, adding extra length and more grasping area where it matters for easier handling while keeping ambidextrous safety operation clear.
