The Luth-AR RKL163 lightweight 16-inch AR-15 rifle build kit is designed to help you assemble a complete upper and lower parts package, using your own stripped lower receiver. It includes a fully assembled 16-inch 4140 chrome moly fluted bull barrel with a matching 15-inch KeyMod handguard, carbine gas components, and an assembled A3 upper, along with the required lower parts kit and your choice of buttstock assembly.
