The Stern Defense AR-15 SD-BU45 .45 ACP Bolt Carrier Group is purpose-built for reliable operation in big-bore .45 ACP AR-15-style PCC builds. Machined from 8620 AISI steel with a 4140 billet-steel extractor and finished in manganese-phosphate for a durable Black coating, this carrier assembly is designed to cycle and eject large-diameter .45 ACP brass when paired with the correct upper receiver ejection-port configuration and buffer weight.
