The Superlative Arms AR-15 adjustable gas piston system uses Bleed Off mode to vent excess gas out of the gas block rather than restricting flow like many conventional adjustable gas blocks. By delivering only the gas required to cycle the action and bleeding the remainder at the block, the system runs cleaner and cooler while helping reduce wear on the bolt carrier group and upper receiver.
