The RM09 Type 2 is a...
The RM09 Type 2 is a very good optic. The 1 MOA dot is not hard to pick up at all, so you can shoot fast with it and you can also stretch it out to longer distances easily. I have it on my G26 carry gun, nestled in to a custom milled Suarez slide, So it is still very easy to conceal thanks to its small footprint. The RM09 also has an optional auto-brighteness setting which is very responsive and sensitive. I didn't find that it was washed out while using a flashlight at night with it. Allegedly it'll run for four years on one battery. I can't speak to that yet. As far as reliability, it's a Trijicon - so there's not much else to say. It's a tank. Overall, I highly recommend it.
