Product Overview
The Proof Research Zermatt TL3/SR3 pre-fit carbon fiber barrel is engineered for precision shooting with a lighter, cooler-running design. Starting with match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel blanks, Proof Research turns them to a reduced contour profile and then wraps the barrel with high-strength aerospace-grade carbon fiber using their proprietary ACD matrix resin. The result is a durable composite barrel that helps manage heat during extended sessions while maintaining consistent accuracy.
Key Features
- Carbon fiber overwrap for reduced weight and improved heat handling versus conventional profiles
- Match-grade 416R stainless steel core for precision-grade performance
- Sendero contour for a balance of rigidity and mass savings
- Designed as a TL3/SR3 pre-fit barrel for straightforward gunsmith installation
- Chambered in 22 ARC with the specified 20in length and 1-7 twist rate
Upgrade your TL3 or SR3 build with a carbon fiber composite barrel built for sustained accuracy—ideal for match and high-volume range sessions.
