I LOVE THIS stock and it will fit your Take-Down Great!!! I love the Carry bag that came with my 10-22 Take Down! I Over did it (of course ) I bought a Heavy Barrel, new Sights and other gear! Buy the stock you won't be disappointed!

Well, I like the looks...
Well, I like the looks of this stock and definitely like the features it carries. The only issue is the rear notch for the receiver. It is loose and the whole weapon rocks in the stock. The barrel doesn't free float properly because of it. The only good answer is to glass the receiver in the stock.
