The Magpul MOE AK Handguard is a replacement handguard for standard AK-47/AKM/AK-74 pattern rifles, designed to improve handling and durability while adding protection from heat. Built from reinforced, heat-resistant polymer with an integral stainless steel heat shield, it also provides multiple mounting points for M-LOK accessories.

I decided to add a...
I decided to add a Magpul stock to my rifle so that I could more effectively use my scope by adding a cheek riser. I couldn't leave the wooden hand guard on after deciding to add the stock so I ordered the Magpul hand guard as well. Some minor fitting may be required, as not every AK is the same. I would recommend having a dremel tool in case fitting is necessary, and also safely glasses unless you want flying bits of metal and/or plastic in your eye. I'm serious. Maybe a rubber mallet too. I did end up shaving out a small metal piece on the inside of the hand guard, and it still wouldn't quite fit so I hit it a few times with a hammer and presto! It was on! Probably not ever coming off now though… but that's ok because I don't need it to. The hand guard was installed on a Century arms C39V2. Plenty of options now that I have the hand guard , so I'm very happy with my order. Shipping was fast and it is decently priced. Would buy again. Thanks buds guns!
