The Midwest Industries MI516MX Sig 516 extended free-float handguard brings a continuous monolithic top rail and M-LOK mounting capability to compatible Sig 516 models. Built from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with a hardcoat anodized black finish, it installs to the factory barrel nut for a secure, rigid feel while providing extra mounting space that extends past the front sight tower.
