NcSTAR’s AR-15 M-LOK Carbine Extended handguard (13.5in) in Tan is a drop-in replacement designed for AR-15 / M4 carbine-length gas systems. It extends past the standard handguard cap area to work around the front sight post and bayonet lug, while keeping a continuous top Picatinny rail at receiver height for a clean, aligned sighting platform.

This handguard is...
This handguard is pretty nice. Fits perfectly on my AR. Only complaint, and it's a big one, is that the M-Lok on the bottom of the handguard isn't machined properly. It will not allow any attachments to fit on the bottom as well. If you aren't afraid of using a dremel, you should be fine. But if you are like me an most consumers, you want it done correctly prior to receiving the item.

This is easy to install and sits tight with no rattle. It is a little heavy compared to conventional free-float handguard. For the price it's very nice and good to go
