The NcSTAR Carry Handle Adapter Rail Mod2 is a 5.25 inch Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail adapter built for AR-15, M16, and M4 receivers that use A1 and A2 style carry handles. It lets you mount optics and accessories on top of the carry handle while keeping use of the iron sights through the see-through channel.
