A: Anthony, no, you do not need to buy anything else to put this stock on. This is a milspec stock though, so the buffer tube on your rifle needs to be milspec. This will not fit a commercial buffer tube. If you have a milspec buffer tube the end of it will be completely flat. If your buffer tube is commercial the end will be slanted. As long as it's flat this will fit. Hope this helps.
