L.E. Wilson neck sizing bushings are hardened stainless steel tools used to fine-tune cartridge case neck diameter and neck tension. Each bushing is made in .001-inch increments, with markings that reference the middle of the bushing and a .003-inch taper reamed into it. When you need an extra small adjustment, you can flip the bushing so the markings face toward the case to slightly change the effective sizing behavior for your setup.
