Product Overview
Aero Precision’s AR-15 Stripped Receiver Set includes an AR-15 stripped upper receiver and a Gen 2 stripped lower receiver, both finished in Magpul FDE Cerakote. Built from 7075-T6 forged aluminum, the upper features M4 feedramps and .250 in takedown pin holes, while the lower includes a rear takedown pin detent hole threaded for a 4-40 set screw. This set is designed for use with standard AR-15 components and magazines for multi-caliber builds based on the barrel and magazine you select.

Outstanding 5 star...
Outstanding 5 star service from Buds as usual. Shipped fast and perfect condition. On the positive the FDE does match my Magpul stock and grip. Coating was perfect and well done. The negative was the fitting of the receiver to the upper is loose. I have had two other anodized Aero sets that are very tight. I had intended to use this set on a precision build but with this much play between the upper and lower I'll toss it in the trade bin or use it for a .300 blackout build. I'll stick with a Lantac set for precision build from here on out.
