A: no the lower is set up and sold as a Rifle you would need to buy the lower as a handgun and the stock prevents this

A: No, I believe lowers should be marked pistol and of course not have a buttstock.

A: NO, the lower (which is the firearm) must be register as a pistol and not a rifle. Moreover, it has a buttstock and not a brace which will make the installation of the short barrel upper will turn this into an NFA item (SBR) that will require a tax stamp. You need to look for pistol specific lower and brace. I hope this helps.

A: Cristian, only with an NFA Registration and $200 Tax Stamp due to the standard Shoulder Stock. A barrel less than 16 inches with this Lower is classified as a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) by the ATF. You would be able to meet your goal with a Lower with a Brace instead of a Stock such as this : https://www.google.com/search?q=ar+pistol+lower+sba3&sxsrf=ALeKk010ddrlgBUZlNTfv07Wzrzs-2EabA:1602595824077&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwif1L_W1rHsAhXpmeAKHf0vDNgQ_AUoAnoECAwQBA&biw=1280&bih=590

A: Cristian, You could do it, but would be a felon. The lower's serial number is registered as a rifle lower. You need a pistol lower to put a pistol upper on. Or fill out the paperwork as an SBR, pay the $200 tax stamp, wait for the paperwork to be approved and come back. Then you could put the pistol upper on this lower.

A: Shelton, yes Sir it can without issue. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Reza, no, this UPC code is the standard Black Type III Hard Coat Anodized and not RF-85 treated. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Rena, unfortunately this is not the RF treated model. Have a great day!

A: Yes, that will work just fine. 300 blackout and 556 use the same lower, buffer tube and everything. Only thing you might need to change is the buffer weight but shouldn't need to. Hope this helps.

A: Jeffrey, yes Sir. No issue with fit and function with a PSA 300 aac Rifle upper. 300 AAC and 5.56/223 work on the same AR platform. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Yes this is a multi Cal lower and will work without issue with a 300 blackout, most 556 and 300 blackout parts are interchangeable (except the barrels)

A: Yes you can

A: Jefferey, yes you can use PSA 3900AAC upper with this lower. Have a great day!

A: Shelton, this lower has a Mil-Spec 6 Position Carbine Buffer Tube installed. Cheers and stay safe!

A: This comes with a Anderson milspec carbine length 6 position buffer tube, a milspec carbine 3 oz buffer weight and spring. Hope this helps.

A: Included is a milspec buffer tube, and Carbine Buffer Weight (3 oz)
