I'm going to give this...
I'm going to give this a 2.5. Standard lower receiver group, but the extra holes in the butt stock are a mystery. 3-point sling maybe? I have no idea what the hole next to the fore stock is for. Somebody let me know. Anyway it was within my limited price range and it fit my standard 5.56 upper.

Im surprised with this product, well-built and super lightweight. I truly recommend this lower for the light AR built you're looking for. I finally created a budget and reliable AR that weights around 4pounds. This has the following parts: Skeletonized BCG Slick Upper Pencil barrel A carbon fiber handguard.

I paired it with a 16"...
I paired it with a 16" M4 upper and A2 carry handle.All that weighs around 6 lbs... Love the sexy retro look and feel and will be getting the trap door butt plate next! (They sell parts for the KP and have good info on setting/tuning up the recoil sys. to each size upper.) I have short arms so this KP15 with a 13" lop gives me great aiming and solid control. Both my 5.56 uppers fit on squealy tight with no rattles butt still go together easier than my other very lite weight poly/Hybrid lower. The Mag well flare is bigger than the pictures and that larger size flare usually means double the price. I got the "full" lower as the reviews said the trigger is smoother/liter than mil spec for just $60 more. I agree.
