Comes as shown in the picture. After a year it shows small spots of wear but that's to be expected when you use it. The rail is definitely not slim but works, looking back I would've chose the other rail they sell as the same set just because it's thinner. Upper and lower had a little slop so had to use an accuwedge. Some of the holes like trigger and such needed cleaned up with a small round jewelers file since the coating changed the diameter.
