This Glock Modular Back Strap (MBS) set in gray is a factory OEM replacement part for Gen4 Glock G26 and Gen4 Glock G27 pistols. It lets you tailor the pistol’s grip fit to your hand size by swapping between the included small, medium, and large backstraps. Changing backstrap size does not change the pistol’s grip angle, making it a straightforward way to improve comfort and control.
