Q: Is the BGC and charging handle included with this upper? Description says complete upper but that doesn't always mean those are included.

A: YES, BGC and charging handle included with this complete upper. NOTES: This upper will only work with a MIL-SPEC lower and MUST USE CARBINE BUFFER TUBE. Upper includes buffer that must be used with carbine buffer spring for proper function. Overall cartridge length must be 2.29in or less for proper function.I hope this helps!
