The Franklin Armory F17-X R2 16" .17 WSM complete upper receiver is built for a cleaner, flatter-shooting .17 WSM experience using an Osprey Defense OPS piston system. It features an integrated barrier stop/indexing handguard and an optic-ready setup, and the barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for common .17 WSM suppressor configurations.
