MEAN Arms Bearing Delay 9mm Luger assembled upper receiver is a complete AR-15 compatible top end built around a ball bearing delayed lockup system. The 14.5 in configuration is threaded for 1/2x28 muzzle devices and is designed to run with standard AR-15 buffers, pairing with either milspec AR-15 lowers or dedicated pistol-magazine lower receivers when used with the included ejectorless EndoMags.
