The Mean Arms Bearing Delay 9x19mm Parabellum 16in assembled upper receiver is a complete AR-15 style upper designed around a ball-bearing bolt carrier group for reliable, durable locking and reduced recoil feel. It’s threaded for 1/2-28 muzzle devices and is built to run with standard AR-15 buffers. The system includes Mean’s ejectorless EndoMags and provides two included lifters so you can tune the bearing delay timing for different ammunition and setups.
