The Rise Armament RISE 22 ARC AR-15 complete upper is built for high accuracy with an 18-inch 416R stainless steel fluted button-rifled barrel that is air-gauged and tested. It’s paired with a free-floating skeletonized aluminum handguard featuring Picatinny at the 12 o’clock position and MLOK mounting for flexible accessory placement. The rifle-length gas system and MPI-tested BCG with a 9310 bolt support consistent performance, while the dark gray Cerakote finish helps the upper stay ready for hard use.
